Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic health record systems (EHR) in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide technical support for VA healthcare applications and infrastructure

- Document system configurations and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT systems
- Federal IT security certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP) or equivalent
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., VistA, Epic) and healthcare data standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
