Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain VA VistA electronic health record systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity protocols across all IT infrastructure

- Provide technical training to healthcare staff on IT systems
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with EHR systems (VA VistA preferred)
- Federal IT security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH Act regulations
- Experience with healthcare data analytics tools
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
