Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate case documentation in VA systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in veterans services or social services
- Strong knowledge of federal benefits programs (VA, Social Security)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in case management software
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
