- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability compensation claims with 100% accuracy
- Conduct thorough case reviews and medical evidence analysis
- Provide direct assistance to veterans and their families via phone/in-person
- Collaborate with medical professionals and legal experts
- Maintain detailed case documentation in VA systems
- Represent the VA at community outreach events
- Adhere to strict federal regulations and privacy standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years claims processing or customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
