Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veteran benefit claims with 95% accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive eligibility interviews via in-person and virtual platforms
- Utilize VA systems (VBMS, VBA) to manage case documentation
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Deliver exceptional service to veterans and their families
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with veteran-serving organizations preferred
