- Provide clear explanations of benefits to veterans and families
- Adhere to strict federal regulations and privacy standards
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in VBA/VBMS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to interpret complex federal regulations (38 CFR)
- Experience in customer service or veteran advocacy preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
