Responsibilities
- Assist veterans and their families with benefit applications and claim submissions
- Review and process VA claims with attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on eligibility requirements and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare and benefits teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct outreach to educate veterans on available benefits
- Participate in quarterly training on policy updates and procedural changes
Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Knowledge of VA benefits system preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Spanish bilingual proficiency highly desirable
