Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume public records requests and administrative documents
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate facility access and security protocols for weekend operations
- Update and maintain critical databases with 99% accuracy
- Prepare detailed weekly operational reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to resolve urgent weekend issues
- Ensure compliance with state records retention policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and state document management systems
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (background check required)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Washington State public records laws preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license
