Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations
- Conduct security checks and maintain perimeter control
- Respond to incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Document daily logs and incident reports accurately
- Transport detainees between facilities as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement teams during emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota Peace Officer license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Pass background check and physical fitness assessment
