- Document Processing: Review and process incoming government forms, applications, and permits for timely submission.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive state information.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with the weekday team to ensure seamless continuity of services.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a government, administrative, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and standard office equipment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check and meet security eligibility requirements for government employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
