Responsibilities
- Manage and digitize incoming government records and archives efficiently.
- Assist the public with document retrieval, information requests, and inquiries during weekend hours.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
- Operate standard office equipment, scanners, and departmental software.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and clean during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or records management capacity is preferred.
- Must possess the flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
