Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and virtual citizen assistance for permits, licenses, and municipal services
- Process weekend applications and document submissions with precision
- Coordinate emergency weekend service requests and dispatch resources
- Maintain accurate records using government databases and systems
- Collaborate with weekend public safety and infrastructure teams

Qualifications
