Responsibilities
- Process high-volume government applications, permits, and official documents with high accuracy.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding county services, licenses, and procedural guidelines.
- Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions and financial reporting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government data and personnel records.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a government or public sector setting is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
