Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend immunization clinics across 5 community health centers
- Manage patient scheduling and electronic health records during weekend shifts
- Provide health education outreach to underserved populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on public health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal and state health regulations
- Conduct weekend wellness screenings and health assessments
- Prepare weekly reports on weekend service metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare or public health experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Clear background check and drug screening
