Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for city systems during weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Deploy and configure hardware/software for city departments
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical outages
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train department staff on technology best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with weekend/on-call experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Familiarity with ITIL incident management processes
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- U.S. citizenship required for government clearance
