Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage weekend construction site operations to ensure compliance with state safety protocols
- Coordinate traffic control and public communication during off-peak infrastructure maintenance
- Document daily progress reports using digital systems and submit weekly summaries
- Collaborate with weekday teams to handover critical project information
- Conduct site inspections and report maintenance issues to senior engineers
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend weather events
- Train weekend crew members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction, logistics, or public works
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
