Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions and customer service duties during weekend hours to ensure seamless operations for all county departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers during weekend hours.
- Process incoming mail, applications, and official documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in the management of office inventory and supply ordering.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital records in compliance with state privacy laws.
- Support special events and weekend programs as required by department leadership.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Answer general inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a State of Texas driver's license or government identification.
