Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management during designated weekend shifts.
- Monitor and process incoming communications, ensuring accurate and timely responses to public inquiries and internal stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of weekend field operations and facility maintenance to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and archiving of reports and records for the upcoming business week.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain strict adherence to state privacy policies (HIPAA) and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn specialized state software quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
