Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure designated public areas during weekend shifts

- Document daily activities and submit detailed reports
- Assist with special event crowd control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate communication with dispatch and field teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year customer service or public safety experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis geography and landmarks
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
