Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned city facilities during weekend shifts to deter criminal activity and ensure safety protocols
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with appropriate de-escalation techniques

- Conduct regular facility inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Provide excellent customer service to citizens seeking weekend assistance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in criminal justice preferred
- Valid Arizona Security Guard license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in public safety, security, or related field
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficient in report writing and digital documentation systems
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
