Responsibilities
- Monitor public facilities and enforce city ordinances during weekend shifts
- Respond to emergency calls and provide first aid assistance
- Conduct routine safety inspections of parks and recreational areas
- Collaborate with law enforcement during special events
- Document incident reports using digital systems
- Participate in community outreach programs
- Maintain radio communication with dispatch center
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1-year security or public safety experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
