Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 supervision and direct care for residents during weekend shifts
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and therapeutic activities
- Document resident progress, incidents, and daily activities in compliance with state regulations
- Coordinate with clinical team and social workers to address resident needs
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing residential environment
- Facilitate weekend recreational and educational programming
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential care, youth services, or behavioral health
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Mandated reporter training certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Clearances: FBI, PA State Police, and Child Abuse History (required)
