Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and case management for vulnerable populations during weekend shifts
- Conduct home visits and assessments for at-risk families in King County
- Coordinate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners during emergency situations
- Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with state reporting requirements
- Develop individualized service plans for clients with complex social needs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for urgent weekend cases
- Facilitate family reunification and permanency planning activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of direct social services experience with vulnerable populations
- Washington State Licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse populations and crisis intervention
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of state/federal regulations
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during weekend shifts
