- Process public health records and data with precision
- Manage weekend hotline inquiries and case documentation
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during off-hours
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and protocols

- Generate weekly reports for department leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Background clearance through Texas Department of Public Safety
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Experience with public health systems a plus
