Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and applications during weekend operational hours (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm)

- Support weekend community outreach events and mobile service stations
- Generate weekend operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Michigan state regulations
