Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate digital records using state-specific databases
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and state record systems
- Ability to obtain Massachusetts Public Records certification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
