Responsibilities
- Maintain security and order in correctional facilities during weekend shifts
- Conduct inmate counts, searches, and facility inspectionsMonitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents
- Document daily activities and incident reports
- Provide rehabilitation support and crisis intervention
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Enforce facility policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness test
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification within 6 months of hire
