Responsibilities
- Process public records requests and maintain confidential documentation
- Provide in-person and phone support to residents on weekends
- Manage departmental filing systems and digital databases
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during weekend operations
- Prepare weekly operational reports for senior leadership
- Assist with public outreach events and community meetings
- Ensure compliance with Washington State public records laws
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year clerical or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Clear background check and fingerprinting required
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages highly desirable
