Responsibilities
- Manage weekend document processing, record-keeping, and citizen correspondence with state-mandated accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications during off-hours for seamless service continuity
- Operate state databases and systems ensuring weekend compliance with Indiana regulations
- Process time-sensitive permits, licenses, and applications within weekend operational windows
- Provide frontline citizen support via phone and digital channels during weekend hours
- Prepare weekend activity reports for Monday morning executive review
- Maintain secure handling of confidential state documents per Indiana security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Indiana state databases (INSPIRE, INBiz) and MS Office Suite
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record for occasional inter-facility transport
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Knowledge of Indiana public records laws (IC 5-14-3) and accessibility standards
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with holiday rotation
