Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency social services during weekend hours
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with state agencies and community resources for client support
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidential case records
- Respond to after-hours hotline calls and urgent client requests
- Facilitate weekend support groups and community outreach programs
- Participate in cross-agency case reviews and weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work or related human services field
- Valid North Carolina Social Work license (LCSW)
- Minimum 2 years crisis intervention experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong documentation and case management skills
- Experience with vulnerable populations (children, elderly, disabled)
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
