Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and documentation during weekend operating hours
- Manage confidential records with strict adherence to state protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and task delegation
- Update and maintain digital databases with 100% accuracy
- Assist with public inquiries via phone and in-person channels
- Prepare weekly operational reports for senior leadership review
- Support emergency response coordination when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state record-keeping systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Certification in public records management (preferred)
