Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in transportation or public safety preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in traffic management, emergency response, or related field
- Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Proficiency with incident management software (e.g., ArcGIS, TranStar)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and on-call rotations
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification
