Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes efficiently and accurately
- Sort, sequence, and prepare mail for daily delivery operations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
