Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 AI societal impact assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles into development lifecycles
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols with civil society organizations and ethicists
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles, Montreal Declaration)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-tech environments
