Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-generation AI models

- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants annually
- Mentor PhD researchers and postdoctoral fellows

- Present findings at global tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML/AI with 8+ years research experience
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier venues
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch mastery
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers
- Patents in AI/quantum computing (minimum 5 granted)
