- Define and execute the 2026-2030 technical vision, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives into emerging tech trends, assessing feasibility and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate strategic concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology adoption.
- Mentor senior architects and engineers on future-proofing codebases and infrastructure.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Management.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a technical focus.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term impact.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
