- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Edge Computing, AR/VR ecosystems) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into current development cycles.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Partnership Development: Scout and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with startups pioneering the technologies defining 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs and internal innovation sprints focused on experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading digital transformations.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value and technical strategy.
- Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
