Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of system requirements and design scalable IT solutions for government infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure all technical projects meet regulatory standards and security protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and technical architecture.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation of third-party software solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, systems engineering, or a related government sector role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with government contracting frameworks and compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing projects from conception through deployment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced government environment.
