Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure government web applications and database systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for government clients.
- Conduct thorough system testing, risk assessments, and security audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and junior analysts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and government security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting or public sector IT projects.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
