Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology access
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for experimental projects and talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
