Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the integrity of sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple departments.
- Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades to ensure system efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage service contracts and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
