Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and AI-driven solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in biotech-technology convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech environments
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
