Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present disruption scenarios to executive leadership with mitigation/opportunity frameworks
- Curate an internal 'Future Intelligence' ecosystem for enterprise-wide adoption
- Quantify innovation ROI through advanced scenario modeling and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented innovation projects
