- Architect cross-functional innovation ecosystems bridging R&D, product development, and market strategy
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future innovation landscapes
- Champion design thinking methodologies for future-state problem solving
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record developing commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management

- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
