Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological convergence scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging paradigm shifts (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Author white papers and strategic roadmaps for C-level stakeholders
- Identify and partner with emerging startups in exponential tech sectors
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech symposiums
- Mentor internal 'Future Think Tank' on horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio of executed enterprise innovation projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
