- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept to prototype validation
- Build and manage a network of future-focused industry experts and academic partners
- Present futuristic visions and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development lifecycle
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, advanced robotics, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven trend forecasting capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
