Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing speculative prototypes using quantum AI and neuro-interfaces
- Forecast technological convergence points through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems with 2026+ capabilities
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-computer interfaces for medical applications
- Produce white papers on quantum-resistant cryptography and post-silicon computing paradigms
- Curate innovation pipelines for emerging technologies including synthetic biology and nanotech
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 5+ years applied research
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies in production
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and post-human interface design
- Published work in Nature or Science on emerging tech implications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic computing frameworks
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA innovation programs or equivalent
- Certification in Futurology from World Futures Federation
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international collaboration
