Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support policy decisions and program evaluations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Report Generation: Prepare clear, concise, and professional reports and presentations for senior leadership and legislative bodies.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose evidence-based solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all project activities adhere to state regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or a related role within the public sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a standard background check and government security clearance.
