- Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to integrate predictive modeling into core system workflows.
- Drive the adoption of next-gen security protocols and privacy-by-design principles across all new initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, quantum-ready systems) and create proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Provide technical mentorship to senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, System Design, or Software Engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and DevOps practices.

- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
