Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative roadmap, aligning with C-suite vision and market disruption goals
- Lead a 15-person cross-functional squad of AI specialists, quantum computing experts, and bio-engineers
- Drive R&D for next-gen technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable energy systems
- Secure $50M+ in funding through strategic partnerships with VCs and government innovation programs
- Champion agile methodologies while maintaining rigorous quality standards for mission-critical deliverables
- Present quarterly progress to the board of directors and industry thought leaders at global tech summits
- Mentor talent pipeline programs to cultivate the next generation of innovation leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years scaling enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging fields: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field from Tier 1 institution (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed journals
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global partnership expansion
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies achieving commercial scale
